The Wheel of Fortune has perhaps the most symbolism of all the Tarot cards. You can check out the Wikipedia link above for a detailed description of all the various symbols on the card.
Fun Fact: Look closely at the wheel and you will see the letters T-A-R-O.
Upright Position: good luck, positive energy, good karma, positive changes in one's life or situation
Reversed Position: bad luck, negative energy, bad karma and changes that may have a negative impact on one's life or situation
