Ask a Psychic is a biweekly feature of my blog where I will be answering your burning questions about all things related to spirituality, psychic powers, spell castings, tarot readings, and just about anything else you can think of!
Today's question comes from "Alex"....
Hey Miss Sunny,
What's the difference between a psychic and a clairvoyant? And which one do you consider yourself to be?
Namaste,
Alex
Hi Alex,
That's a great question! By definition, a psychic is a person who possesses psychic ability or powers - in other words, a psychic has knowledge of present and/or future events and is able to predict them with some degree of accuracy. Being clairvoyant refers to the way that a psychic receives this knowledge and reaches those predictions.
To give you a quick rundown, there are five primary methods that a psychic can receive information through. Each psychic's ability is different - some possess only one, some possess all and most are somewhere in between. Clairvoyance means "clear seeing", clairaudience means "clear hearing", clairsentience means "clear feeling" and claircognizance means "clear knowing".
Personally, I primarily use claircognizance and clairsentience (also called being an empath). I have clairvoyance as well but I don't rely on it as much as the others, and some clairaudience ability, but it tends to come and go whenever it wants to. :)
I would be happy to give you a psychic reading, if you're interested! My services start at just $5 for a reading that will consist of 2-3 paragraphs, which is usually enough for me to answer your question with clarity. If you're looking for a longer and more detailed reading, or if you have multiple questions, I had "extras" that you can add onto the reading as well! To order, just click here!
Blessings,
Sunny :)
